Wishing You Were Here

Drawing project executed in the course of 2020. The title Wishing You Were Here is a reference to postcards and the lighthearted messages that are often printed on these. The series is a reflection on lightheartedness in times of insecurity and big change, and poses the question if it is always compatible with life as one experiences it, or if it sometimes transforms into something else entirely. The series was featured in the exhibition Menn I Dress that was on view at Kjøpmannsgata Ung Kunst during the spring of 2026.
